Tesla recently opened its second French store near Aix en Provence, and since I'm in the area I thought I should drop by.
I went there thinking I wouldn't be able to drive the car, boy was I wrong! The people there are really awesome and they told me directly I could test drive the car if I wanted to.
The one I drove, just for a few miles, was a high end P85+ model S. Keep in mind I'm a guy who DD a 10 year old Citroën Xsara diesel with a mind blowing 110 hp and a 5 speed manual.
In short, it is awesome, the torque, the goodies inside. I like it a lot. The absence of sound from the car is a bit weird, but you get use to it. And it doesn't feel like a 2-ton car.
Great car, great people, Tesla is bound to be successful!
